Our time together begins with a gentle discussion about your sexual health and well -being to ensure that the session is tailored to your individual needs. Together we will explore your current sexual concerns and look at ways to overcome these.
Becoming Orgasmic covers sexual anatomy, how orgasms work, types of orgasms and tried and tested ways to achieve orgasm. We also include relaxation and breathing techniques, body confidence exercises and ways to connect with your body and build arousal.
Skills are explained and practiced and you can be assured that you will leave the session with a more positive attitude to achieving an orgasm.
